Responsible for supervising daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support F&B team during service.
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Control inventory and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of service standards and HACCP.
Flexible, guest-oriented, and team player.
