Our Hotel is looking for a Food and Beverage Executive to join our team. \xc2\xb7 To lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld \xc2\xb7 Assist the General Manager to perform duties to execute marketing, operational plans, and any special restaurant functions\xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Able to handle guest feedback/complaints concerning food quality and service \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Daily ensures the proper working condition of all outlet equipment and prepare equipment monitoring/defect list for repair and maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant/cafe for smooth operation \xc2\xb7 Able to schedule and plan staffing/roster base on operational requirement of the outlet. \xc2\xb7 Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants/caf\xc3\xa9\xe2\x80\x99s \xc2\xb7 Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservation system. \xc2\xb7 Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Education:
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- F&B Operations: 4 years (Preferred)
