Customer Service
Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Gather feedback to improve service.

Inventory and Stock Control
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Place orders and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
Minimize waste and control costs.

Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.
Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures.

Reporting and Documentation
Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
Assist with budgeting and cost control.
Maintain logs and checklists for quality control.
