Job Brief



? Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.

? Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

? Oversee inventory, handle customer concerns, and contribute to the development of a

positive dining experience.

Responsibilities



? Coordinate daily restaurant activities and provide direction to staff.

? Monitor and maintain quality of service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

? Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.

? Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

? Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

? ? ?Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer

service.

? ?Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:



? ?Proven experience working as a supervisor in the Food & Beverage hospitality industry.



? ?The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? ?The ability to stand for extended periods.

? ?

Strong management skills.

? ?Excellent organizational skills.

? ?Effective communication skills.

? ?Exceptional customer service skills.
