Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Room Service Operations:
Oversee daily room service activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
Revenue Generation:
Identify opportunities to
increase room service sales
through upselling, suggestive selling, and promotions.
Track room service sales performance and suggest strategies to boost revenue.
Collaborate with the F&B team to create attractive menus and packages for in-room dining.
Guest Experience:
Ensure that all room service orders meet hotel standards for quality and presentation.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Staff Management:
Train, schedule, and manage room service staff.
Conduct performance reviews and motivate team members to meet targets.
Operational Efficiency:
Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams to maintain stock levels.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.
Reporting:
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on room service operations, including sales, revenue, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in F&B supervision, preferably with room service operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Ability to drive sales and generate revenue through effective strategies.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
