The

Food and Beverage Supervisor

will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff members. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues or complaints. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Uphold quality standards in food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections and assessments. Coordinate with other departments (such as kitchen staff, housekeeping, and events) to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Assist in budget preparation, cost forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and cost-efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing laws.

Qualifications:

With Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education. Atleast with 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance. Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
