Role Overview
You will oversee daily food and beverage operations within our catering units, ensuring service consistency, team discipline, and compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day catering operations across assigned sites
Lead, schedule, and motivate service staff to meet operational KPIs
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and management teams
Monitor service quality and resolve issues proactively
Support audits, inspections, and client requirements
Candidate Profile
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
Catering industry background is mandatory
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and service standards
Ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environments
