About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Male Supervisor to oversee operations across our F&B chain with multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and personal car, with strong knowledge in staff management, food safety, supplier coordination, and event handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations across assigned branches. Manage and train staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent stock and quality. Deliver excellent customer service, handle client complaints effectively, and ensure quick resolution. Work on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve higher Google review ratings. Plan, organize, and manage events, catering services, and pop-up activations to promote the brand. Monitor sales, expenses, and operational efficiency. Provide regular reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:

Male candidate with prior supervisory experience in the F&B sector. Valid UAE driving license and own car. Strong knowledge of food safety and supplier management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Flexible and able to handle multiple branches. Experience in setting up and managing events/pop-ups is an advantage. Must speak English and Hindi/urdu languages; Arabic is a plus.
