Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the operations of our food and beverage outlets, including bar services, dining areas, room service, and event support. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains quality standards, and optimizes profitability.

What will you do?

Lead the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints, and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Train, supervise, and motivate employees to uphold service and quality standards. Conduct regular evaluations of products and services, initiating corrective actions as needed. Oversee the setup and operation of the Micros system and train staff on its use. Perform administrative tasks, including preparing purchase orders and maintaining records. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards across the department. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless food and beverage operations. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote outlets. Maintain compliance with food safety, health regulations, and beverage service certifications.
Requirements:

Experience -- Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role in food and beverage operations. Proficiency with Micros systems and hands-on experience in restaurant, bar, and room service management.
Skills -- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
