Job Title: Food & Beverage Service Associate Position Type: [Full-time/Part-time] Reports To: [Food & Beverage Supervisor/Manager] Job Summary: We are currently seeking talented and customer-focused Food & Beverage Service Associates to join our team and contribute to our commitment to outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and efficient dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and answer menu-related questions.
Ensure guest requests and special dietary needs are addressed promptly. Table Maintenance: Set up tables with utensils, glassware, and linens before guest arrival.
Clear and reset tables efficiently after guest departure for the next service. Food & Beverage Presentation: Serve food and beverages in a professional and aesthetically pleasing manner.
Ensure dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, and at the appropriate temperature. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu knowledge. Billing and Payments: Handle guest bills accurately, process payments, and provide change when necessary.
Resolve any payment issues or discrepancies with professionalism. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Adhere to all sanitation and safety guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Assist in the training of new team members as needed. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest concerns.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety protocols.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Work Environment: Food & Beverage Service Associates will primarily work in a restaurant or dining setting. This role involves standing for extended periods and interacting with guests and team members.
