Job Role:



As a F&B Secretary, you are responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Food & Beverage department to ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist the Director of Food & Beverage and the entire F&B team with scheduling, communication, and documentation. The role focuses on efficient coordination, organization, and maintaining high standards of service within the hotel's F&B division.



Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and maintain departmental reports, correspondence, schedules, and meeting minutes.

Handle phone calls, emails, and communication between F&B outlets and other hotel departments.

Maintain and update staff rosters, attendance records, and training documentation.

Assist with purchasing requests, invoice processing, and inventory documentation.

Coordinate meetings, events, and administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the F&B department.



About You:



Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and Payroll systems.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Ability to multi-task and to handle confidential information.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

2-3 years' hotel experience in a similar capacity.

High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
