This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative - Call Center Agent located in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative - Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls, handles booking/reservations and making outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Expected to provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, determining their needs, and offering solutions that meet those needs, as well as handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledgeable of different reservations app
(e.g. SevenRooms & EatApp)
Strong background in F&B and with previous work experience as call center agent in Hospitality / F&B Industry is a must.
Ability to remain calm and empathetic during customer interactions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience with CRM systems and software is an advantage.
Sales or marketing experience considered a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
