The Role

:

-Lead and coordinate all phases of new store construction and renovation projects, collaborating with contractors, engineers, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while proactively resolving construction challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns. -Oversee safety compliance, conduct site inspections, and supervise quality checks, including punch list completion and HACCP standards, to uphold our brand's operational excellence. -Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on project goals and milestones.

F&B Project Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Visa and insurance for wife plus one dependent Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An iconic international fast-food brand Qualifications: -Male, 45 years old and below -Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of proven experience managing large-scale F&B commercial construction or architectural projects. -Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams, coaching, and mentoring, while driving performance to deliver projects on time and to specification, complemented by advanced project management expertise in strategic planning, cost control, risk mitigation, and application of industry-standard methodologies. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing decisions and maintaining effective vendor and internal relationships.
