Job Description

The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific restaurant, bar, lounge, or other F&B outlet within a hospitality property. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and staff engagement while maintaining brand standards and hygiene regulations. The F&B Outlet Manager leads the team in delivering excellent service, driving revenue, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and manage costs. Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good condition. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Staff Management



Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff. Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching/disciplinary actions when necessary. Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and professional growth.

Customer Service



Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly. Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and customer experience.

Financial Management



Monitor and control outlet budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify trends and opportunities. Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and upsell items effectively.

Reporting and Administration



Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to senior management. Maintain records of sales, inventory, staff performance, and guest feedback. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or Manager in a hotel, resort, or standalone outlet. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations and service techniques. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Certification in food safety and/or hospitality management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:



Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Multilingual skills depending on location and clientele. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
