F&B Manager Location: Dubai, Barsha Key Responsibilities: As our Creative F&B Manager, you will be responsible for: Menu Innovation: Create and curate enticing, on-trend menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences, setting us apart as a culinary destination. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team of chefs, servers, and bartenders to consistently deliver top-tier service and products. Cost Management: Effectively manage budgeting and cost control to optimize operational efficiency without compromising quality. Customer Engagement: Foster a culture of guest satisfaction, ensuring memorable experiences that keep customers coming back. Food Safety: Oversee strict adherence to food safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and products. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager in the hospitality industry.
- A passion for culinary arts and a creative approach to menu development.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Dubai\'s dining trends and local F&B regulations.
