The Olympia, Abu Dhabi, is looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead our exciting F&B journey from concept development through daily operational excellence. If you are a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader with strong pre-opening expertise, we invite you to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete F&B pre-opening process, including:
• Concept creation and menu engineering
• Brand and outlet positioning
• Design, layout, OS&,E and equipment planning
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing F&B team to deliver elevated guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations across all dining outlets, bars, lounges, room service, and banqueting spaces.
• Establish and maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue strategies, cost control, and profitability while enhancing brand reputation.
• Develop innovative food and beverage promotions aligned with market trends.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and international hospitality standards.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, events, procurement, and marketing departments.
• Champion a culture of creativity, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8-12+ years of progressive leadership roles within luxury hospitality.
• Proven pre-opening experience in upscale hotels, resorts, or lifestyle F&B brands.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Passion for innovation, design, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
