Job Description
We are in search for a
F&B In Charge
to join at a 4 Star Hotel (American Brand) in Dubai, UAE who will be responsible for the overall operation of F&B as well as looking into marketing & sales of F&B.The ideal candidate should fulfill the below requirements.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a managerial role within a reputed 4 or 5 star hotel F&B department. Strong understanding of upscale F&B operations, including service standards, cost control, inventory management and HACCP/hygiene regulations Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs. Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The total package will be around AED 7,000 - 9,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
