Must be experienced in the F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Manage employee relations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
Handle performance management and employee development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to payroll processes.
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi languages, and preferably Malayalam.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
