InterContinental Abu Dhabi, a luxurious five-star destination nestled in the heart of the UAEs capital, is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven F&B Hostess to join the dynamic team at our signature Brazilian Steakhouse. As an F&B Hostess, you will be the welcoming face of our Brazilian Steakhouse. You will create unforgettable first impressions, manage reservations efficiently, and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but youll mostly do:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage the reservations system and walk-in guests with efficiency and grace
• Coordinate table assignments with the service team to optimize flow and service quality
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, highlighting any specials or promotions
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams regarding guest needs
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, politely, and professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess station and entrance area
• Uphold InterContinentals standards of luxury, elegance, and attention to detail
• Promote a positive image of the restaurant and hotel at all times

What we need from you:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing F&B role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual setting
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese or Arabic is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a polished, professional appearance
• Familiarity with POS and reservation systems
• A passion for hospitality, cultural authenticity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
