- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch customer service and assistance throughout their journey.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest interactions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist in the development and implementation of guest experience improvement initiatives.
- Locally available in UAE.
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, additional languages preferred.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
