Your Day to Day
As our F&B Host, you will be the friendly face that greets guests as they arrive, manages reservations, and ensures smooth seating flow throughout service. You will guide guests to their tables, communicate closely with the service and kitchen teams, and help create a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere from the moment guests walk in. You will handle guest inquiries with ease, support waitlists during busy periods, and ensure every guest feels seen, welcomed, and well taken care of.
What We Need From You
We are looking for someone with experience in a guest facing role, ideally within food and beverage. You should be well presented, organized, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of guests. Strong communication skills, a calm approach during busy service periods, and a natural sense of hospitality are essential. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read the room will help you thrive in this role.
