F&b Construction Project Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced F&B Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end restaurant projects for a leading hospitality group in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led concepts in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of F&B construction projects from inception through to handover.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement to ensure projects meet cost and time targets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
- Proven experience managing the construction of high-end restaurants or luxury F&B outlets.
- International project experience - you will have delivered projects outside your home country or worked across different regions.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out, MEP coordination, and the unique requirements of F&B builds.
- A construction-related degree is preferred but not essential if you have relevant hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates outside the Middle East region are welcome to apply; relocation support will be provided for the right individual.
- This is a client-side / developer-side role (not contractor).
