F&b/ Catering Coordinator

Job Description

Key duties & responsibilities
  • responsible for coordinating food preparation for a major section of a large operation such as the bakery and catering section
  • coordinating an event timeline, maintaining inventory, overseeing staff
  • to handle the administration for the F&B department with follow up
  • in charge of planning and managing all the needs of events and catering services.
  • to create excellent design or set-up in catering
  • to compile and file the daily reports for F&B
  • to handle the calendar management
  • to assist the F&B operations when required
Job Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is mandatory
  • Currently based in the UAE can join immediately on Visit or Cancelled Visa
  • Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Excellent in creating designs / set up in catering events
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
