Job Description

We are looking for experienced and highly-skilled F&B Cashier to join our amazing restaurant teams and show-case their talents. Some of the key responsibilities include: * Responsible for managing the cashier's house fund, including safekeeping.
- Ensure all food and beverage sales in the outlet are recorded in the POS system (MICROS), including complimentary services or employee meals.
- Maintain the sequential use of guest checks, open checks in the POS system, and handle various payment methods.
- Handle guest complaints, generate POS reports, manage petty cash, and perform daily cashiering tasks, including suggestive selling, and adhere to company policies consistently.
