F&B Attendant (Seasonal)

The F&B Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality service to guests by delivering food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in all F&B areas.

Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly according to established standards. Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times. Assist in the preparation and setup of service areas for functions and events. Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly (HACCP standards). Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and effectively. Process payments and operate POS systems when required. Refill supplies, stock service areas, and report shortages. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remain calm and courteous.
