We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and menu recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, and service stations Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant or event space Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
? Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Professional appearance and grooming standards
