The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant, bar, or outlet, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experience. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding hotel standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently according to service standards.
Ensure tables, chairs, and service areas are clean, well-set, and properly maintained.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Process billing and payments accurately.
Monitor stock levels of service items (cutlery, glassware, condiments) and report shortages.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations in all aspects of work.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in setting up and closing the outlet according to operational requirements.
Support colleagues and contribute positively to team spirit and service excellence.
