Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all duties of the lounge in a professional manner in alignment with PPG standards and Operation manuals,
Handle passenger admission process for various type of customers including but not limited to premium customers of contracted airlines, financial institutions, walk-ins etc in a smooth and professional manner,
Prepare and serve food & beverages, including all hot and cold drinks, to the guests all times with a pleasant and friendly attitude,
Provide food and drink recommendations to guests,
Restock food & beverages and glassware, when necessary, throughout the shift
Maintain the highest quality and consistent products & quality standards by following all Company drink recipes and procedures, taste coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks to maintain familiarity with products and quality standards
