We are a leading school food catering company, committed to providing nutritious, child-friendly meals and exceptional service across our partner schools. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized F&B & Hospitality Coordinator to support our culinary and operations teams in delivering seamless and efficient service.

Position Summary

The F&B & Hospitality Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Chef, Hospitality Chef, and Operations Team to manage event coordination, ensure timely communication, maintain accurate data, and support day-to-day operational requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring high standards in both catering and hospitality services for school and internal events.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Hospitality Chef to prepare quotes, event requirements, and menu details. Maintain an up-to-date calendar of confirmed and forecasted events, ensuring bi-weekly status updates to Operations and the culinary team. Track materialised vs. non-materialised events and work with the Operations Team to analyze reasons for non-conversion. Support hospitality planning for school events, internal functions, and special activities. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen production, school sites, and hospitality services. Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups as required. Assist with administrative tasks related to F&B operations. Uphold company standards in food safety, quality, and child safeguarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Hospitality Management

or a related field (required). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B coordination, catering, or hospitality (school catering experience is an advantage). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Attention to detail and a proactive work attitude.
