Description

Our Fast-Track to Fintech Accelerator (taking place over three days - 24, 25 & 28 October ) is designed to provide women who have an interest in technology the opportunity to explore life at BlackRock and our evolving technology landscape.

This opportunity is for women who are graduating with an undergraduate or master's degree in .

You'll learn how we reinvent the client experience, reimagine how data flows across the organisation and integrate technology into investment decision making. There will be interactive workshops, networking and an insight into our firm. On the last day, participants will also have the chance to participate in virtual final-round interviews for a summer internship at BlackRock.

If successful in securing a place on the accelerator, you will be invited to attend the first two days of the program in-person (at our London or Edinburgh offices) and all interviews will take place on the last day of the program virtually. The event provides an insight into Aladdin Client Services, Data Operations and Technology Operations in Edinburgh , or Software Engineering in London .
