Role Overview:
We're looking for a Fashion Designer with sales experience to handle the creative direction of diverse projects. You'll be designing bespoke pieces and capsule collections for both our in-house line and external brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong editorial sensibility, and can confidently bring client visions to life.
What You'll Do:
Lead conceptualization and design collections for various clients - from bespoke, couture, and RTW collections
Source and suggest fabrics based on creative direction or client needs
Meet with clients regularly to ensure their brand standards are met
Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams for seamless delivery
Oversee fittings, sampling, and ensure development aligns with approved concepts
Marketing and sales: Contact brands in the GCC region to promote the company's services
Occasionally Assist the team with social media content (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
Occasionally conduct and assist in fashion workshops hosted by Style Your Armoire
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of fashion design experience (or education in the field)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Procreate and Photoshop (CLO3D is a plus)
Knowledge of high fashion, styling, and editorial trends
Strong sense of teamwork and ability to guide new designers and interns
An understanding of basic pattern making and garment construction to support strong, well-informed design decisions.
Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
On-site at both our design office and production atelier as required
Full-time role with hands-on involvement in client servicing and collection development
