Good day, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a passion for apparel development, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to our product line. You will work closely with production, embroidery, and sales teams to develop high-quality garments and custom designs.

Responsibilities

Create garment designs, sketches, and technical drawings Develop patterns, samples, and style specifications for production Select fabrics, trims, colors, and design elements for each collection Collaborate with tailors, cutters, and production teams to ensure accurate execution Conduct fittings and make adjustments to improve fit and quality Research fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs Prepare design sheets, mood boards, and tech packs for production Ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards in all finished garments Coordinate with management and clients for approvals and revisions

Qualifications

Experience in designing garments, uniforms, and apparel collections Skilled in sketching, creating technical drawings, and preparing design sheets Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, garment construction, and finishing Proficient in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) Creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about fashion trends Ability to work with tailors, cutters, and production teams Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills
