We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Fashion Designer to join our growing team in Ajman. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about modest fashion, activewear innovation, and loungewear elegance and who understands the balance of comfort, performance, and regional aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop seasonal collections of activewear and loungewear, from concept to production. Conduct trend research and create mood boards with a focus on modest, functional design.
Create technical sketches for sampling and production.
Select fabrics and trims considering performance, comfort, and cultural preferences.
Collaborate with in-house tailoring, embroidery, and production teams
Lead fitting sessions and ensure final garments align with brand quality and fit standards.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in activewear/loungewear or modest fashion
Proficiency in technical sketching.
Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and production cycles.
Organized, team-oriented, and culturally aware
Bonus: Experience with sustainable/performance fabrics or pattern making
