Responsibilities:
Design and develop stylish and modern ladies' dresses tailored to our boutique's clientele.
Work closely with management to create seasonal collections and custom designs.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs.
Oversee the production process, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
Assist customers with design consultations and tailoring adjustments when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a dress designer in a ladies' fashion boutique.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in women's dress design.
Excellent knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and sewing techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Based in Abu Dhabi (or willing to relocate).
