Key Responsibilities:
Design exclusive abayas, caftans, and modest casual wear aligned with the brand's aesthetic and cultural values
Create seasonal collections with strong trend forecasting, fabric knowledge, and market awareness
Develop mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings for production
Select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and trims for luxury and everyday wear
Collaborate closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production team to ensure perfect execution
Innovate with modern cuts while respecting traditional modesty standards
Stay updated with fashion trends in GCC and international modest fashion markets
Ensure designs are functional, elegant, and commercially viable
Support brand photoshoots, fittings, and client customizations when needed

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years' experience in designing abayas, caftans, or modest wear
Strong sketching and CAD skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Clo3D, or similar)
Deep understanding of fabrics, draping, embroidery, and garment construction
Eye for detail and luxury aesthetics
Knowledge of GCC fashion trends, customer preferences, and cultural sensitivities
Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for innovation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
