Job Description
We are looking for Fashion Consultant - Designer at Vavci, Responsible for providing expert advice on designer clothing, Designing outfit for client from Fabrics, details and trims ,assisting the Client in choosing the right product and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service in a genuine and friendly manner to all customers from the moment they enter the store;
- Identify customer needs, provide expert advice on products to help take best purchase decision.
- Suggest Silhoutte, Fabric and colors to client as per their requirement. Design the outfit from Scratch, Pricing, Co-ordinate with Production and deliver the final Product.
- Achieve individual sales targets and positively contribute to the store sales performance by actively recognizing and pursuing sales opportunities;
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, and aftersales procedures;
- Process sales transactions, receive payments, handle exchanges/refunds;
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional way and escalated to senior team members if needed;
- Maintain clean and organized product display and overall store image;
- Participate in relevant training and comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s operational standards and procedures.
- 4+ years of luxury Fashion Design and retail experience in WOMEN FASHION. Men\'s wear knowledge is an advantage;
- Fashion Design Diploma or Degree.
- Knowledge of Fabric, Cuts,Silhoutte is must.
- Up to Date on Fashion Trends and Styles.
- Strong sales and customer service skills to ensure flawless customer experience \xe2\x80\x93 in person, over the phone, and through email;
- Excellent communication skills, hospitality, and empathy;
- Excellent English.
- Willingness to learn and strong time management;
- Confidence, professionalism, and teamwork at all times.
- Women\'s Tailoring and Bespoke Fashion: 4 years (Required)
