Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales team within our boutique (RTW, Shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches and fine jewellery) and will contribute to the development of sales by offering our clients the highest level of customer service.
Your main responsibilities are:
Client experience:
  • Create a luxurious experience for every client entering our boutique in line with Chanel\xe2\x80\x99s exceptional services.
  • Ensure customers are welcomed in the required manner in order to create strong relationships with them and encourage brand loyalty
Selling Ceremony:
  • Advise, guide and help customers by providing information on current fashion trends in order to build customer confidence and relationships
  • Ensure that sales and procedures are followed accurately
Boutique organization:
  • Ensure that all grooming standards are in line with Chanel image as outlined in the Chanel boutique charter
  • Understand and maintain all Boutique areas according to current merchandising standards
  • Check stock levels regularly, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking
  • Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management
You have 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 sales experience in a Fashion Retail environment.
You have a good understanding of the UAE market and its clients; you are a fashion enthusiast and you are service-oriented.
Your strong interperonal, communication and styling skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
