Job Description

Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops Help with the maintenance and care of farm equipment and facilities Participate in irrigation and pest control activities Support livestock management tasks, if applicable Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required. Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant industry is preferred but not necessary. Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is helpful. Good verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction. Capability to assist in identifying and resolving basic issues. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential. Understanding of safety practices and protocols in a workplace setting. Must be currently in UAE
