Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide holistic medical care to patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
Conduct routine check-ups, physical examinations, and health screenings.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Offer preventive healthcare services, including vaccinations and lifestyle counseling.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options.
Manage urgent and emergency cases within the primary care scope.
Adhere to medical regulations, ethical standards, and clinical guidelines.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Valid license to practice medicine in the UAE (DOH, DHA, or MOH).
Board certification in Family Medicine (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care.
Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
