Job Description
We are looking for attentive, conscientious candidates with training in diverse medical areas for the position of family doctor.

- Family doctors are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.
- You should be proactive in building relationships and recommend external specialists when patients require treatment outside of your medical purview.
- Family doctors should take a vested interest in a patient\'s well-being.
- This is achieved by demonstrating good listening skills, showing empathy and understanding, and communicating clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop personal relationships with patients.
- Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.
- Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.
- Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.
- Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
- Offer comprehensive wellness exams.
- Administering vaccinations.
- Perform medical operations.
- Recommending specialists for treatment outside of their capacity.
- Educating patients in health management and disease prevention.
- Offer birth services.

- Must be graduated from National and/or internationally recognized Nursing colleges/Universities.
- Applicants must have an MBBS or MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution And
- Completion of specialty qualification as per the \xe2\x80\x9cRecognized Specialty Certificate.\xe2\x80\x9d
- Applicants must have a minimum of 04 years of experience in the UAE & Two (2) years of experience after obtaining the sub-specialty qualification.
- Qualifications acquired through honorary nature, correspondence, or distance learning are not counted towards the PQR requirements.
- Required bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree must be a minimum of Four (4) years full-time course duration.
- Non-UAE national graduates from UAE universities are required to successfully complete six (6) months of clinical training post-graduation in an APS health facility (except for Registered & Assistant Nurse titles).
- Applicants must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable).
- Minimum of a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or others according to the scope of practice.
- The academic transcript must be submitted for credentialing purposes in which determination of disciplines shall be applied.
- A clinical trainer accredited by one of the academically recognized bodies in the country will be granted a license to practice the profession of nursing if he/she is registered with an Authority and in accordance with the criteria set by it and in a manner that does not conflict with Cabinet Resolution No. 20 of 2017.
