- Manages Hotel Pre-Opening takeover, de-flagging processes & activities administration
- Establishes effective and timely Pre-Opening processes, tools & resources, leading to an on-time on-brand opening hotel ramp up ready to deliver commercial guests and employees satisfaction
- Contribute to solid interdepartmental relations (VPOs, Excom, Design & Technical Services, hub support departments)
- Monitoring and reporting of the Hub pipeline
- Verifies hotel opening projects progress with the teams on site
- Drives collaboration & provide support in the pre-opening phase
- Creates hotel manning guides and Pre-Opening budgets
