The key objective of this role is to support and coordinate various digital marketing and communication initiatives within the Digital team. This involves assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi channel activities. Assisting with administration tasks related to finance, team management, audits, presentations, internal communication, supplier management and ensuring seamless coordination between Digital head of the departments with various commercial teams & external agencies or suppliers.

• Build Global Digital project & meetings calendar.
• Act as a bridge of communication for various projects between the Digital and rest of the commercial team.
• Ensure maintenance & up keep of all finance related queries from the Digital department.
• Liaison with Legal team on any third party contract related discussions, including submission to approval of contracts.
• Maintain thorough communication and details of any third engaged in providing services to the Digital team
• Support actively on audits related to hotel content, hotel performance, social media, paid media, acquisitions and CRM.
• Assist in creation of user guides across various channel & functions within Digital
• Handling of weekly/ monthly or quarterly meeting with agencies or partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Marketing, PR, Sales and Revenue
• Deliver and maintain minutes of key head of the department meetings.
• Contribute to creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience and 1 year internships
• Good communication skills and ideally knowledge of additional languages
• Preferably based locally in UAE
• Showcase of good verbal & reporting skills.
• Analytical mindset
• Exposure or knowledge of Hospitality & Travel sector.
• English language proficiency, written and spoken
• Expertise in using MS Office suite
• Project/Task Management
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical Mindset
