• Carrying out curriculum development (course development & content creation of data science programs) in the form of design and/or revision of courses offered by Exeed College and its international partner institutions
• Teaching and examining under the domain of statistical theory and methods, data mining, text mining, neural networks, visualization, structured prediction, data engineering, big data analysis, econometric methods, probabilistic modelling, machine learning and artificial intelligence at graduate and undergraduate levels
• Undertaking administrative duties for undergraduate and postgraduate programs
• Supervising project dissertations undertaken by undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Collaborate with industries for student internships & projects
• Maximizing student engagement through activities, data events, etc.
• Undertaking personal development in teaching skills and practice

Skill Sets

• Have a strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programs
• Should be able to supervise capstone projects
• Helping build relationships with industry and government data science professionals
• Industry experience in applied research in data science is encouraged
• Have a strong record of research accomplishments or potential for future accomplishment
• Have a high spirit and strong passion for education, demonstrate distinction and/or strong potential in research, agile to embrace changes and take on new challenges; open-minded to new and different environments; team-player willing to contribute to organizational goals and initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal communication and technical writing skills in English

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in teaching modules related to Data Analytics/Data Science
• Minimum 3 years of Industrial experience

Educational Qualification

• MSc in Data Science/ Data Analytics/ IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
• PhD(preferred)
