The Night Shift Factory Worker is responsible for assisting in fabrication, assembly, and finishing works in the factory during night operations. The role ensures smooth production flow, maintains quality, and follows safety standards under the supervision of the Production Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, or welding support.
Follow work instructions and drawings provided by supervisors or engineers.
Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing materials for ongoing jobs.
Operate basic factory tools and machines safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
Report equipment damage, material shortage, or quality issues immediately.
Support team targets to complete production within timelines.
Hand over all ongoing work details to the next shift properly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in metal fabrication, factory, or production work preferred.
Basic understanding of hand tools and machinery.
Physically fit and able to work long hours.
Willing to work night shifts and follow company discipline.
Ability to read simple drawings is an advantage.
Working Hours:
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (6 days per week)
