Job Description

:

The Factory Worker / Labour is responsible for performing general production, assembly, and maintenance tasks within the factory. The role supports the manufacturing of marine-related products and ensures all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of marine-related components and products. Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and finished goods as required. Operate basic machinery, hand tools, and equipment safely under supervision. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality control procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards. Support skilled technicians and supervisors in daily operations. Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or safety hazards immediately. Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in factory, manufacturing, or marine industry work (advantageous but not mandatory). Basic understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour and lifting heavy items. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately. Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if required. Nepal Nationality preferred .

Working Conditions:

Factory or workshop environment (may involve exposure to noise, dust, and marine materials). Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Standing, bending, and manual handling for extended periods.
