5 years UAE Experience in Interior Fit out and joinery field.
Must in UAE (fit-out and joinery experience)
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the carpentry or woodworking industry, preferably in a fit-out or interior construction environment.
Strong technical knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, with expertise in custom fabrication and finishing processes.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of skilled craftsmen.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of designs
