Overview:
As the Joinery Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within our joinery factory. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. You will lead a team of skilled craftsmen and workers, manage production schedules, and liaise with other departments to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities:

- Production Management:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize production processes.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of joiners, craftsmen, and production staff.
- Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Resource Management:
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide training to employees on safe work practices and procedures.
- Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
- joinery & Fitout industry: 5 years (Required)
