- Having 5-7 years hands-on experience in supervising a high-end interior and joinery fit-out company with multicultural workers. - Ensuring health and safety requirements are in order on the shop floor at all times. - Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. -Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, identify materials and finishes required. - Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD - Excellent knowledge on material finishes, site material requirements, manpower planning and management. -Ability to act quickly and have confidence is decision making. -Ability to take ownership. -Have an excellent eye for detail. - With good oral and written communication skills (English) -UAE driving license is an added advantage.
