Oversee day-to-day factory operations ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
Lead production planning, scheduling, and execution aligned with company goals.
Supervise production staff, technicians, and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with the R&D and QA/QC teams to maintain product consistency.
Monitor inventory levels, raw material planning, and procurement coordination.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition through preventive maintenance.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
