Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient factory performance.
Oversee day-to-day factory operations, including workforce management and raw material planning to maintain smooth production flow.
Review and monitor production reports, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
Supervise maintenance activities, review maintenance reports, and ensure timely upkeep of equipment.
Manage procurement of spare parts, ensuring proper quality checks and approvals.
Evaluate machinery requirements and drive initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
Oversee all forms of production planning, including daily and monthly production schedules, work allocation, and mould change procedures.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Sales and Production departments.
Develop and execute business plans to meet sales, revenue, and expense objectives, while tracking progress regularly.
Supervise the sales team by setting individual targets, and providing training, motivation, and guidance.
Oversee logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely dispatches and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, stock movements, and store activities for accurate daily transactions.
Manage administrative and office functions, ensuring efficiency in in-house operations.
Supervise documentation processes and communication between the office, customers, and departments for smooth workflow.
Coordinate with relevant ministries to manage customs exemptions, quality controls, and compliance requirements.
Track ministry-related requests, credits, analyses, and test reports to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
